Description
Lumitester Smart is a handheld luminometer that reads Kikkoman LuciPac A3 devices and reports surface cleanliness in relative light units in ten seconds. Unlike conventional ATP-only systems, the A3 method detects ATP, ADP and AMP, so residues from cooked, heat-treated and processed foods are recovered where ATP alone has degraded. Results sync to the Lumitester app for trend tracking by test point, line and site.
