Yes. Installation, commissioning and operator handover are arranged as part of supply, including the IQ/OQ documentation a regulated laboratory needs for its equipment file.
Equipment is supplied with manufacturer warranty, and service contracts covering preventive maintenance and breakdown response are available. Terms are confirmed at quotation.
Yes. Equipment is supplied with calibration certification where applicable, and periodic recalibration can be scheduled as part of a service agreement.
Requirements vary by instrument — power supply, water, drainage and ventilation among them. We provide full site requirements ahead of delivery so preparation can be completed in advance.
Equipment lead times are considerably longer than consumables and depend on configuration. We confirm a delivery window at the point of quotation and keep it updated through the order.
Routine spares and consumables for the equipment we supply are held in the Kingdom wherever practical, so a failure does not mean an extended wait for an imported part.
