Description
KWIK-STIK is a self-contained lyophilised preparation of Bacillus cereus, traceable to ATCC or another authentic reference culture collection and no more than three passages from it. Each unit holds the pellet, an ampoule of hydrating fluid and an inoculating swab, so the strain is hydrated and streaked onto media with no separate reagents. It is used as an external control to verify the performance of culture media, reagents and identification assays.
