Description
SENSISpec ELISA Milk is a quantitative enzyme immunoassay for determining bovine milk protein residues in food, rinse-water and surface-swab samples. The test detects casein and beta-lactoglobulin using an antibody-coated microplate and a peroxidase-labelled secondary antibody. After sample extraction, standards and samples are incubated in the wells, washed, reacted with conjugate and substrate, and measured photometrically at 450 nm. Milk-protein concentration is calculated from the standard curve.
