Description

BACGene GO Salmonella is a qualitative real-time PCR assay for detecting Salmonella spp. DNA in human food, pet food, animal feed and production-environmental samples. Following enrichment and mechanical lysis, target DNA is amplified and detected using fluorescent probes, with results available within approximately one hour after DNA extraction.
