Description

BACGene Mplex STEC SEROtype2 is a qualitative multiplex real-time PCR assay for rapid serotyping of non-O157 shiga-toxin-producing E. coli. It detects the O145, O121 and O45 serogroups in a single multiplex reaction and is intended for analysis of food and environmental samples following a positive BACGene Mplex STEC Screen result.
