Description
SENSISpec ELISA Total Soy Protein is a quantitative enzyme immunoassay for determining soy protein residues in food. The assay uses antibodies directed against hydrolysed soy protein and is suitable for matrices including baby food, cookies, cereals, ice cream, chocolate, instant meals and sausage. Samples and standards are incubated in antibody-coated wells, followed by a peroxidase-conjugated antibody and colour substrate. Absorbance is measured at 450 nm, and soy-protein concentration is calculated from the standard curve.
