Schaedler Agar Base is a nutrient-rich non-selective medium for cultivating fastidious aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. Peptones, glucose, yeast extract, hemin and cystine support demanding organisms, while blood, vitamin K and selective supplements may be added for specific applications.
