Description
Pseudomonas Agar Base is a selective basal medium for detecting and enumerating Pseudomonas species.
Potassium sulfate, magnesium chloride and glycerol promote pigment production. The selected CFC, PP or CN supplement provides the selectivity required for meat, dairy, water, environmental or clinical applications.
Samples are inoculated and incubated according to the relevant ISO workflow. Characteristic colonies and pigments are evaluated before confirmation.
