Description
CPLM Selective with Chloramphenicol is a selective culture medium for cultivating Trichomonas species, including Trichomonas vaginalis.
The nutrient formulation supports the protozoan target, while chloramphenicol restricts bacterial contamination. Inoculated medium is incubated at 36 ± 1°C for approximately 48–72 hours.
