Description
Tryptic CTA Medium is a semisolid basal medium used for motility observation and carbohydrate-fermentation testing. The required carbohydrate is added to the base, and growth pattern, indicator colour and gas formation are interpreted together for biochemical differentiation of cultured microorganisms.
