Description
Tryptone Soya Yeast Extract Broth is a nutrient-rich liquid medium for isolation, cultivation and confirmation of Listeria species.
Tryptone, soy peptone and yeast extract provide amino acids, minerals and vitamins, while glucose supplies fermentable carbon and phosphate buffers the broth.
Cultures are inoculated and incubated under the conditions specified in the PDF. The broth is used in Listeria monocytogenes confirmation workflows associated with ISO 11290, APHA and FDA.
