Description
Arginine Decarboxylase Broth is a dehydrated biochemical medium used to differentiate gram-negative enteric bacilli according to their ability to decarboxylate arginine. A positive reaction changes the medium to purple, while a negative reaction remains yellow after incubation at 36 ± 1°C for up to 96 hours under an oil overlay.
