Description

Yersinia ITC Broth Base is a selective enrichment medium for Yersinia enterocolitica in food, water and environmental samples. Irgasan, magnesium chloride and malachite green provide selectivity, and the completed medium is supplemented with ticarcillin and potassium chlorate before enrichment and selective subculture.
