Description

m-FC Agar Base is a selective membrane-filtration medium for isolating and enumerating faecal coliforms in water. Rosolic Acid Supplement completes the formulation. After incubation at 44.5 ± 0.5°C for approximately 24 hours, faecal coliform colonies appear blue while many other Gram-negative colonies appear grey or cream.
