Description

XLT4 Supplement is a selective liquid supplement used with XLT4 Agar Base for detection and isolation of non-typhoidal Salmonella.

The anionic surfactant suppresses many competing Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

The PDF specifies adding 4.6 mL per litre of XLT4 Agar Base before boiling and cooling. Each bottle is sufficient for ten litres of medium.
