Description

Tween 20 Supplement is a polysorbate-20 culture-media supplement used in neutralising and enrichment formulations.

Polysorbate 20 neutralises preservatives in cosmetic and pharmaceutical samples and may also promote microbial recovery. The PDF lists TAT Broth Base and Chromatic Salmonella among compatible media.

The required quantity is added to the selected base medium according to its technical instructions, mixed and sterilised as directed.
