Description
Tergitol 0.2% Supplement is a selective liquid supplement used with Tergitol Agar Base for coliform testing.
Tergitol restricts competing organisms and supports recovery and differentiation of Escherichia coli and other coliform bacteria in the completed medium.
The supplement is added aseptically to prepared Tergitol Agar Base according to the packaging insert before plates are poured and used for water analysis.
