Description
CN Pseudomonas Supplement is a selective lyophilised supplement used with Pseudomonas Agar Base for isolating Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Cetrimide and nalidixic acid provide the selective action described in the PDF. One reconstituted bottle is added to 500 mL of the specified agar base together with glycerol supplement.
The product is supplied as ten bottles and is intended for professional in-vitro diagnostic use. The PDF describes the selective formulation but does not assign a numbered formal method reference.
