Description
Bordetella Supplement is a selective lyophilised supplement used with Bordet–Gengou Agar Base for isolating Bordetella species.
Cephalexin provides the selective action described in the PDF. One vial is reconstituted with sterile distilled water and added aseptically to 500 mL of the specified sterile, cooled base medium.
The product is supplied as ten vials and is intended for professional in-vitro diagnostic use. The completed medium is used according to the technical documentation for the associated agar base.
