Description
Campylobacter Butzler Supplement is a selective lyophilised supplement used with the culture-media bases listed in the PDF for isolating Campylobacter species.
Its antibiotic mixture suppresses competing organisms while allowing recovery of Campylobacter, including strains for which lower incubation temperatures may be required. The supplement is reconstituted and added aseptically to the specified cooled medium.
The product is supplied as ten vials and is intended for professional in-vitro diagnostic use. The completed-medium instructions provide the incubation and interpretation procedure.
