Description
Chloramphenicol Supplement is a selective lyophilised supplement used with Rose Bengal Agar Base and other media for cultivating and isolating fungi.
Chloramphenicol inhibits a broad range of bacteria, increasing the selectivity of the completed medium for yeasts and moulds. One vial is reconstituted and is sufficient for preparing 500 mL of medium.
