Description
Yersinia Supplement is a selective antibiotic supplement used with Yersinia Selective Agar Base.
Cefsulodin, irgasan and novobiocin suppress most competing Gram-negative enteric bacteria while supporting Yersinia enterocolitica.
One vial is reconstituted and used for 500 mL of compatible base medium. Completed CIN agar is incubated according to the ISO 10273 workflow.
