Gardnerella vaginalis Supplement is a selective lyophilised supplement used with Columbia Agar Base for isolation of Gardnerella vaginalis.
Gentamicin and nalidixic acid restrict bacterial competitors, while amphotericin B inhibits yeasts and moulds.
The PDF describes reconstitution of the supplement and addition to the compatible Columbia Agar Base. The kit contains ten vials.
