Description

Half Fraser Supplement is a two-component selective supplement used with Fraser Broth Base for primary Listeria enrichment.

Acriflavine and nalidixic acid suppress accompanying flora, while ferric citrate reveals aesculin hydrolysis through blackening of the broth.

One vial of each component is added to the compatible base medium. The PDF links the completed medium to both parts of ISO 11290.
