Description

m-CP Supplement A is a phenolphthalein-diphosphate supplement used with m-CP Agar Base for presumptive identification of Clostridium perfringens. One vial is added to 500 mL of the compatible medium, and acid-phosphatase activity contributes to the characteristic colour reaction after ammonium-hydroxide exposure.
