Description
Chromatic MRSA Supplement is a selective lyophilised supplement used with Chromatic MRSA medium.
The supplement creates the selective conditions needed for recovery of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. One vial is reconstituted and added to 500 mL of the compatible sterile, cooled base medium.
The product is supplied as ten vials for professional in-vitro diagnostic use. Presumptive colonies are recognised through the chromogenic reaction described for the completed MRSA medium and require confirmation.
