Description
Chromatic CRE Supplement is a selective lyophilised supplement used with Chromatic CRE medium.
The supplement restricts non-Enterobacteriaceae and carbapenem-sensitive organisms, supporting recovery of resistant Enterobacteriaceae. One vial is reconstituted and added to 500 mL of the compatible sterile, cooled base medium.
The product is supplied as ten vials for professional in-vitro diagnostic use. Presumptive colonies are interpreted using the chromogenic reactions described for the completed medium.
