Description
Chromatic ESBL Supplement is a selective lyophilised supplement used to prepare Chromatic ESBL medium for detection of ESBL-producing Enterobacteriaceae.
The antimicrobial mixture suppresses susceptible competing organisms while permitting recovery of the resistant organisms described in the PDF. One vial is added to 500 mL of the compatible sterile, cooled base.
The product is supplied as ten vials for professional in-vitro diagnostic use. Colonies are interpreted using the completed medium’s chromogenic reactions and are confirmed by appropriate laboratory methods.
