Description
Yersinia ITC Supplement is a selective supplement used with Yersinia ITC Broth Base for enrichment of Yersinia enterocolitica.
Ticarcillin and potassium chlorate increase selectivity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative competitors.
One vial is reconstituted and added to 500 mL of the compatible broth base. The complete enrichment is used for food and environmental samples according to ISO 10273.
