Description
Chromatic Salmonella Selective Supplement is a selective lyophilised supplement used to prepare chromogenic medium for isolating Salmonella species.
One vial is reconstituted and added to 500 mL of the compatible sterile, cooled medium. The selective components suppress competing organisms while the completed chromogenic formulation supports recognition of presumptive Salmonella colonies.
