Description
Clean Test is a rapid hygiene-control test for detecting protein, fat and sugar residues on work surfaces.
The swab reaction is based on bicinchoninic acid and cupric sulfate. After sampling, the developed colour is compared with the scale printed on the tube after approximately 8–10 minutes.
The test is intended for routine verification of cleaned surfaces where residual organic material needs to be identified.
