Description

BACSpec Salmonella 2 is a qualitative ELISA test for the rapid in vitro detection of Salmonella spp., including Salmonella enterica and Salmonella bongori, in food, feed and environmental samples. Following non-selective and selective enrichment, Salmonella antigens are detected using antibody-coated microplate wells and an enzyme-mediated colour reaction measured at 450 nm.
